Adobe Acrobat is useful when you edit PDFs all day. It is much less appealing when you only need to add a name, a date, and 14 tiny boxes of information to one attachment.

Handles PDFs that Acrobat makes difficult

A lot of the PDFs people need to fill out were never built with form fields. Printed government forms, job applications, contracts emailed as flat files. In a regular PDF viewer, those are just page images with nowhere to type.

Our tool reads the page layout, finds likely blank lines, checkboxes, and signature areas, and turns them into fields you can complete. It is best on forms with visible labels, boxes, and lines. If the auto-detection misses a spot, add text, a checkbox, or a signature from the toolbar.

Use the Sign button to draw, type, or upload your signature, then place it on the PDF. The signature can be remembered in this browser for the next form you need to sign. This is for adding a signature image to a document, not for audit-trail signing.
